Mama’s tummy was not in the best of conditions, but her taste glands were revolting from the bland food. So Mama decided to cook her favorite cauliflower dish without informing Daddy. When Daddy realized the gross misconduct, there was a 5 minute lecture on why this was terrible for Mama (as always). I firmly asked Mama not to eat the cauliflower and asked Anika to tell Mama “No-no!”. Anika stood quietly observing the whole stand-off. Then she moved over to Mama, hopped into her arms, looked at Daddy very sternly, waved her little forefinger and said “No-no!” Stay away from Mama and her desires!
