Potty

on

Anika has gone through a whole list of identification procedures for most of her body parts, and points to them when asked about her forehead (“fore-te-te-te-te”), chin, eyes, nose, ears, hair, cheeks, and tummy. But after the “regular” body parts have been identified, Ms. Pandey embarrassingly points to her behind and offers up “Potty – yahan se” (Potty, from here), even though Mama and Daddy are too embarrassed to ask her about that activity. Incidentally, this has resulted in at least one positive act. Nowadays, when Anika embarks on her 5 minute potty activity, she points to her behind and indicates “Potty – yahan se”! Time to roll out the potty training procedures.
