Dumps has learned the crucial paradigm of intelligent life – Question Everything. Question Everything – even if, or especially if it means questioning yourself.

While taking a shower, Dumps sprays water all over the bathroom floor. When Mama finds out and says “Oh no Pumpi!”, Dumps quips and says “Who did that??”

Carrying a large box of chocolate flake cereal, Dumps could not contain the excitement and flips the cereal box empty all over the kitchen floor. Mama calls out to Daddy to get the vacuum cleaner. When Daddy arrives, Dumps looks up with innocent eyes and asks, “Who did that???”

Walking around carrying an inverted milk bottle, Dumps leaves a trail of milk around the house. Daddy points to the milk and says, “Oh no!”

Dumps, as expected, exclaims: “Who did that??”

Dad: “Yes, Dumps, who did that??”

Dumps, smiling: “Pumpi did that”
