Sheru – Tiger, affectionately, in Hindi.

Daddy has christened Master Pandey as Sheru. Sheru has only one mission in life – to grab at stuff with his tiny fingers and bite and chew at them; ferociously. You can almost hear him purring and growling.

Go ahead – try and plant a kiss on Sheru’s cheeks! He is going to snap at you with his toothless mouth and try to swallow you whole.

Read him a book – the pages won’t last long.

Carry him in your arms – Sheru will be busy nudging and chewing on the shoulders of your shirt.

Wag a finger at him to distract him or to point at something – Sheru will grab a hold of that finger with his soft tiny paws with the sinister intent of chewing them off. If you manage to wriggle the finger free – no worries, Sheru will start chewing his own fingers.
